Dancer
Originally from Los Angeles, Shannon was trained at California Dance Theatre. She then went on to continue her studies and perform with San Francisco Ballet before joining Oregon Ballet Theatre and then worked independently with a variety of choreographers in New York. Berlin based since 2019, Shannon has worked as a performing artist at Festspielhaus Hellerau, St. Matthäus Kirche, and Pfefferberg Theater. She is currently working with BalletXtreme and choreographer Patrick King as an Artist with Salon K.

Choreographer
We Burgeon: (2026) A neoclassical ballet created on dancers at the London Dance Collaborative Incubator Workshop
Dissolving Boundaries: (2025) A narrative neoclassical ballet based on the My Brilliant Friend novels for Hudson Ballet Theatre.
Five Movements: (2021-22) A series of five dance films collaborating with composer Alessandro Paganelli and videographer Giacomo Corvaia. Possible with funding support from Neustart Kultur Stipendium.

Lethe: A new commission for Images Neue Choreografien in Berlin at the Pfefferberg Theater in September 2021.
Other credits include commissions for US based companies CelloPointe, Hudson Ballet Theater, Ballet Papillion, Pacific Festival Ballet, Nomad Contemporary Ballet and a completed residency at Compagnie Marie Chouinard.
Teaching
Currently teaching Professional Ballet Training at Center of Dance and at Marameo in Berlin. She is currently a Company guest teacher for Gaertnerplatztheater, Staatsoper Hannover, Landestheater Linz, Trioler Landestheater, Gauthier Dance, Dorky Park
As of August 2023, Shannon is a
4Pointe Level1-3 Certified Teacher.
